We are open from February to November, and we offer the apartment to let for breaks of preferably 3, 4 or 7 days (or possibly longer); the start day is negotiable. Our tariff, which is the same the year round, is:
3 days: £165 4 days: £200 7 days: £320
though this is subject to reconfirmation at the time of booking.
There are no additional charges. If you are making a booking more than two weeks ahead, then we ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance two weeks before the start date. If the booking is less than two weeks ahead, then we ask for the full amount at the time of booking. Once the booking has been made, and we have acknowledged it, we do not expect you to cancel it— but if you really have to cancel, we will do our best to re-let, and if we do, we will refund your charges, less any extra costs we may have incurred.
Cheques should be made payable to B D and S P Adcock, though we will gladly accept cash up front, in sterling or euros, if you come at short notice.
